Just Bones Taxidermy specializes in skull mounts of all game species. We use Dermestid beetles to clean the skull. Beetles are the best way to prepare a skull. When a skull is boiled or cooked the grease sets in deeper in the bone and the skull can actually shrink. If you have a trophy that might make the record books it is important to use beetles and not cooking. After the beetles clean the skull it is degreased and whitened. At Just Bones Taxidermy we take pride in preserving your trophy.
